Pale Fox are proud producers of exceptional Single Estate Prosecco.  After 4 years of development, Pale Fox proudly released their Nosecco Cuvée, and we are delighted to present it to you. 

This Non Alcoholic Prosecco is made using the same initial process that goes into making their Prosecco and Prosecco Rosé, by crushing and pressing the finest grapes and vinifying a white wine. They then go a step further using an advanced technique called Direct Osmosis. This allowed them to separate out the alcohol from the wine without removing or stressing the phenolic compounds and aromas.

This 2021 vintage is a blend of award-winning Glera and Pinot Grigio grapes. It is complex and celebratory, with an extra dry balance of acidity, fruit, and classic bread-dough notes.

This is Non Alcoholic Prosecco at its finest.
