Ara wines are produced from grapes grown on their single-vineyard estate in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley, the only wine producer of significant size to do so in the region.
Ara have crafted a multi-award winning crisp, dry, Alcohol-Free Sauvignon Blanc using their full-strength wine as their starting point. Once they distilled off the alcohol, they make sure that what was left behind was all flavour.
Expect classic Sauv aromas of blackcurrant with a hint of fresh herbs. Grapefruit and tropical notes with layers of passionfruit and pineapple on the palate, and a deliciously crisp, dry finish.
