Pentire makes botanical, non-alcoholic spirits by distilling unique plants native to their local headlands in North Cornwall and was founded on a love for coastal living.
Pentire celebrates the unique plant life that grows on their surrounding headland. Key botanicals thrive there due to the combination of favourable climate, soil pH, and air moisture. Through research and experimentation with local botanists, distillers, mixologists and brewers they have created non-alcoholic spirits that capture these flavours through careful distillation.

Catching waves until dusk. Camping on cliff tops and foraging hedgerows for unexpected bounty. Sharing and experimenting with the flavours we found on the coast, we wanted to bottle that experience and create a drink that harnesses the power, beauty and immense flavours of plants.
Pentire started with a deep love and appreciation for nature and the outdoors. Creating a non-alcoholic spirit which captures the beauty, power and immense flavour of plants and enables clarity of mind and meaningful experiences outdoors. And it's these experiences which drive Pentire to do everything they can to preserve, care for and celebrate the environment.

Adrift
Adrift is crisp, herbaceous and fresh, with notes of citrus, coupled with Sage, Rock Samphire and Sea Salt for a round herbal finish. Serve with Indian tonic, ice and a garnish of lemon, rosemary or bay leaf to bring the northern Cornish coast into your home.

Seaward
Seaward is invigorating and replenishing, with zesty grapefruit citrus top notes blended with refreshing green natural tones from the Pentire Plant Blend layered with natural berry from harvested sea buckthorn and wild seaweed. Seaward pairs perfectly with light tonic or soda, served in a glass full of ice and garnished with a grapefruit wedge.
